Founded by Wendy McLaughlin, Butterfly Elevation brings together more than 20 years' experience across different business models, sales, operations and leadership. Wendy has worked across environments where people, process and product need to align for change to succeed — and she understands the difference that practical, hands-on support can make, whether that's for a small owner-operated business finding its next stage of growth or a larger team working through significant change. She is an International Certified Coach, accredited through the International Coaching Community (ICC).
Her work spans two connected areas: business transformation and growth — turning ideas into action, strengthening leadership accountability, improving operational clarity and closing the gap between intention and impact — and leadership development and coaching — helping individual leaders build confidence, capability and clarity as they grow. Most engagements touch both, because sustainable change in a business and growth in its people tend to happen together.
Wendy gets curious about what makes each business and each leader different, rather than applying a one-size playbook. She brings order to complexity, holds herself accountable for follow-through, and only takes on work she believes genuinely matters.
